Welcome into the Sanctuary
Gentle Shanti Yoga (optional)
Gong Immersion
Tea, muffins, ???, chocolates, visiting and sharing

What to bring:
More padding than you think you will need to lay comfortably on the floor. A pillow and blanket are also recommended.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing for yoga and lounging.

We have an evolutionary opportunity to move into a new cycle together – consciously and intentionally in the noble effort of improving ourselves and life in our world.
We can all begin by focusing on what we want to experience and to create, internally and externally, in our lives and in our world.
Peace? Prosperity? Health? Love? Joy? Freedom? Tolerance? Compassion?
